To be on the list of the 10 most wanted in the FBI, you should be a fugitive. It also requires a federal arrest warrant and be considered “a threat to society”. Finally, it must be required by a reward of more than $100,000.

That was the case of the former Professor of primary Eric Justin Toth, who was arrested in the weekend in Nicaragua accused of producing child pornography.

He had little more than one year in the famous list. It came in April 2012, as replacement of Osama Bin Laden, killed in a U.S. Special Forces operation in May 2011.

“The addition of Eric Toth to the most wanted list illustrates the important thing is to remove these individuals from the streets and put them in custody,” said a statement from the FBI at the time.

After five years of searching, after having pursued in Illinois, Indiana and Arizona, on Saturday, the head of the national police of Nicaragua said that he had been arrested in Esteli, near the border with Honduras.

The Federal Bureau of investigation (FBI) confirmed it on Monday and Toth was deported to his country.

The former Professor was syndicated with an order of arrest in the State of Maryland in 2008. In 2012 it became 495 ° fugitive in being included on the FBI list.

He was administrator at summer camps and taught for three years at the exclusive School of Beauvoir, in the city of Washington. Among other crimes, he is accused of putting cameras in bathrooms of children.

In the official description of the FBI says that Toth, also known by the name of David Bussone, is an expert in computers with one knowledge greater than the average in the use of internet and security.

The FBI says that Toth went to Cornell University for a year and he was transferred to Pordue, where he graduated in education.

They also explain that it has the ability to integrate in related sectors of society and that, given their education, you can find jobs that involve contact with children.

According to The New York Times, one of the reasons that Toth were included in the list is that, by its distinctive appearance–he was tall, skinny and had a mole under the eye-, you would find it difficult to hide in the event that his case became famous.

Aminta Granera, Nicaraguan police spokeswoman, said that the mole who had under his left eye facilitated their identification.

Also said that “Roberto used the information and the identity of another American citizen of name Shawn Walker” and had in his possession a license to drive and three American false credit cards.
