5 Essential foods that can help to prevent breast cancer

Garlic: About five thousand years ago in ancient china, garlic has been used as herbal food. Studies have come with some evidence, which describes that, the organic sulfur components and rich antioxidants can effectively inhibit the cancer process. Postmenopausal women should consume garlic regularly to lower the chance of having breast cancer. The mineral in garlic, called selenium stimulates the production of body’s natural antioxidant glutathione.

Broccoli: A recent study, held in University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center, have proved that broccoli and broccoli sprouts contain sulforaphane and sulforaphane kill the cancer cells as well as it trigger the growth of new tumors.

Charred meat, Alcohol, Surgery foods or drinks, High toxin sea foods, canned foods, processed soy foods and regular fast foods.
